Sustainable Community Planning In Tourism.
Global warming happened because of human activity such as burning fuels and cutting trees. Earth temperature increase 1 degree Fahrenheit in the last century. Earth become older and older. Population is increasing every years so more people causes more activity from human. Unexpected whether like disaster in Bertam Valley, Cameron Highland. The disaster happen because uncontrolled of human activity in there.

Urban rate is higher than rural development. Environmental indicator used to determine sustainability in lifestyle. Poorest countries usually less than indicator to average individual such as Bangladesh (0.6 gha). Lifestyle divided by two: Anthropocentric vs Ecocentric. Anthropocentric think scientist always come with the solution to save the world. Example : They try to developed air conditioning beach in Dubai to attract the tourist from western countries to generate their income. Ecocentric means there are people believe we have sustainability to make sure our earth save. Ecocentric group believe that reduce plastic bag can save our earth. Sometimes a little things can do great impacts such as switch off light when there is sunlight.

Goal for sustainable tourism is to develop greater awareness and understanding of the significant contributions that tourism can make to the environment and the economy. Big scale of developemnt create big impact but Jafari's believe big scale development can create small impact based on platform de-emphasized the relationship between scale and impact. Natural forest have regulation for tourism. 1 Tourist guide can bring 10 tourist at one times to make sure only small impact to the forest. They usually like the tourist from white people rather than Malay, Chinese and India because white people more discipline and love in environment. However there is no example of tourist use that is completely without impact because when they walk on the forest, they indirectly destroy the small plant. We must balance the development and sustainability. Planner should look for the right balance between substantive and procedural forms of planning.
