Creative City Through New Technology.
City means the place that houses human and their activities. Place that provides job opportunities. therefore people migrate there to get better life. Urbanisation create traffic congestion. The city cannot support the demand anymore so it called urban gentrification. Kuala Lumpur is one of the congested city so people developed Sepang, Subang Jaya and Putrajaya to decentralization to make its balance.

Urban gentrification phase:
People use vehicle to make traffic congestion so reduce it relief the transport oriented development such as create the public transportation. However we have problem with the limited sources like road. So uses technology as a tools to make something easier. The first solution to get green city so uses electric vehicle to zero emission but battery is different depend on the car. The second solution promote walkable and cycling with place shaping. So it give low accessibility to vehicle and high accessibility to walking city. Public transportation also must increase. However example of Putrajaya, public transport failed because people stay outer Putrajaya but workplace in Putrajaya. Their houses in Bangi, Kajang and the place nearby Putrajaya. Our country also lack for space to provide walking area such as George Town as heritage site. The limited space with small road in this city so impossible to provide the proper walking place. Our weather also hot and raining so it very costly to provide proper walking place.

Other solution is Green city but it is very costly for material and skills. Possible pragmatic solution is telecommuting system. It allow to people work from a remote place example studio office. Telecommuting is application using IT add with ICT as education system. Uses e-telecommuting center for example lecture session is conducting from houses so it reduce the physical mobility and reduce congested in Universiti Sains Malaysia especially convocation time.
