Creative City. 

British Industrial revolution in our countries changed to be a city. It create the problem such as urban pollution, urban slum, healthy hazards and social crime. The economic activity create the challenges for all industry to be creatively. Definition of creative city by Charles Landry (2008), the culture of creativity embedded in the way urban stakeholders operate, encourages the use of imagination within public, private and community spheres and also combination of hard and soft infrastructures. The nearest country to set an example of creative city is Singapore. According to Prof Lily Kong (2012), Singapore's response to making a creative city are by creative people, creative people and creative product.

The strategies to develop Singapore’s creative people by: 
1) Education to produce creative human capital
2) Education to produce appreciative audience
3)  Workforce training to improve creative skillsets
4)  Import talent


The conclusion from Lily Kong (2012) to make Singapore as creative city, Singapore’s should have creative people, creative space and also creative idea and product. Singapore’s Creative Spaces should support for infrastructure development of large monuments & small creative spaces.  The Singapore’s Creative Ideas &
Products, the policies for promoting and managing the cultural and creative industries. The last one is Singapore's creative people should have initiatives to import talent for interaction and also have initiatives to nurture & groom local  talent/appreciation.
