Population

Rapid development puts pressure on basic needs and services including of infrastructure such as health care, water and sanitation, and energy especially for cities with poor urban planning. Due to the high Population makes the children have to work to earn a living such as figure 1. Cities area more attractive place to find employment, regardless of all problem.  The Population in Asia are higher (Refer figure 3). Urbanization in Asia, increase the Asia's population living in cities. This situation giving the challenges and stress to government to provide the basic needs such as shelter, foods, healthy care, education, clear waters and others. Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Covenant on economic, social and cultural rights, and other widely adhered to international treaties and declarations of human rights.  The basic rights of children to an environment conducive to mental development and Physical as stated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. However in India is one of example the countries which over population that as a result of child poverty in India will have to work to collect boxes and plastic products for a bowl of rice such figure 2.  India is second rank higher according the table in figure 3 which 1,220.2 million people.  The people are entitled to have access to safe drinking water and sanitation but they depending most on their river to get the drinking water and to fulfil their need (Figure 4). However lack of adequate sanitation contaminates water courses worldwide (Figure 5). Worldwide, 2.5 billion people live without improved sanitation. (UNICEF WHO 2008) It happened because the government unaffordable to provide them basic need because of overpopulation. The overpopulation also give lack of care of healthy and resource of food (figure 7).

World population growth rate : 3 people /second or 260 thousand/day. China also is the one of developing country that the growth population is higher (Figure 6). Population make the lack of access such as education, healthy and occupation so people come to other countries to get better of life. Migration happened in our country from Bangladesh, Indonesia. Myanmar and etc. They work in there because their country lack of job offered ( Figure 8). Migration cause of the demographic imbalances.  Migration could provide opportunity of jobs to workers from developing countries and labour for the developed world. The factors that will increase global migration over the next 20 years include of the economic reform, globalization, and democratization. The growth in income differences between wealthy and poor countries resulting from the mixed adoption of new economy reforms.  Since of the migration of this there was an increasing a lot of squatters in our country. The illegal migration is also taken for granted by someone and causing instability in the number of Population in Malaysia.
